- Getting paid. Stripe or Square, deposits, invoices, and tap-to-pay on your phone at pickup.
- Moving your data. If you already use something else, what switching actually involves.

How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes. That is long enough to set up your kennels, services and pricing while you watch, and still leave time for questions. If you need longer, say so when you book and we will keep the following slot free.
Is this a sales call?
No. BooknBuddy is independently owned and there is no sales team — you are talking to the person who builds the software. No card, no contract, and no follow-up sequence afterwards.
Do I need to sign up first?
No. If you would rather look around on your own first, the Test Drive opens a working copy of both the customer and admin sides with no signup at all.
I already use other boarding software. Is it worth a demo?
Tell us which one when you book. Most of the call is then spent on the parts that differ, and on what moving your existing bookings, clients and pets would actually involve. If it is not a good fit we will say so.
When are demos available?
Weekdays, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. Slots open 24 hours ahead and run three weeks out. If nothing suits, email hello@booknbuddy.com and we will find a time.
What kinds of businesses is BooknBuddy for?
Boarding kennels, dog daycares, groomers, trainers, dog walkers and pet sitters. Plenty of shops run several of those at once, which is the case the software is built around.
